Great to meet you!

Greetings!

As a mental health therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness, growth, and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I enjoy helping you become your best self. My focus is on LGBTQ, people of color, and all clients aged 21 and over who are struggling with identity issues, anxiety and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that you feel heard and safe as we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. If you're not sure, that is okay, we’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
