Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome-thank you for taking a moment to get to know me. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. I have over ten years of experience working in both community and outpatient settings. My clinical work is rooted in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, grief and loss, and life transitions. I currently work with individuals 14 and above.

My approach to therapy

I am especially passionate about creating a safe and collaborative space where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and move towards meaningful change. I draw from evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and supported. In our first session, the focus is on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, explore what you'd like to work on, and I'll answer any questions you may have.
