Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to creating a warm, affirming and trauma-informed enviornment in all of my sessions. Therapy works best when people feel validated in their experiences and are given the skills to continue growing. We all want to be happy and feel satisfied with the place we are at in life. I'd love to support you on your journey towards that!

My approach to therapy

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and parts work. My main focus is helping those with Depression, Anxiety, Complex Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder and domestic violence. I try to take a balanced approach to helping people build insight into what's working and what's not working in life, the skills to tolerate distress and regulate their emotions, and the developing connections that will support and challenge them.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session where you'll get the chance to share your story and discuss what your goals are. It's ok if you don't know what those goals are right away- we'll figure it out together!
