Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor who walks alongside clients as they heal relational patterns and generational trauma. I believe true healing happens when we bring the mind, body, and spirit into the process, so my work blends traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, yoga, and somatic practices. This top-down and bottom-up approach allows us to move between insight, emotional processing, and body-based awareness, always keeping the window of tolerance in mind.

I honor that each person’s journey is unique and work at a pace that feels safe and supportive. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, build resilience, and find steadiness through life’s challenges. Clients often describe our work together as grounding, empowering, and heart-centered space where clarity, compassion, and growth can unfold naturally.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and integrative approach, blending evidence-based therapy with mind–body practices. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I support clients in exploring their inner world with curiosity and compassion. I also incorporate somatic and yoga-based techniques, recognizing the powerful role of the body in healing. My style is warm, grounding, and client-centered, meeting you where you are and helping you move toward the changes you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a deeper sense of self-understanding. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. You’ll gain strategies for managing stress, improving emotional regulation, and building healthier patterns in relationships. Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.
