My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship should be a healing one as well as interactive. I ascribe to a person-centered approach to allow person(s) to identify their goals and how I can help them achieve their desired outcome(s).

What you can expect from me

I have found that for most people is the ultimate desire is to achieve a sense of balance and stability as well as a feeling of safety and security. The ideal outcome is for person(s) to walk away with a set of strategies they can apply in the future to maintain a sense of well-being.
