Great to meet you!

Does it ever feel like your past has cast a shadow you can’t quite outrun, projecting itself into every aspect of your life? You might find yourself feeling disconnected, overwhelmed by “old” triggers, or struggling to control your emotions. You don’t have to navigate these complexities alone. Together, we can work to unburden you from trauma and reclaim a sense of peace that feels authentic to all parts of who you are.

My approach to therapy

I bring over 8 years of experience and a personable yet candid approach to our sessions. My goal is to create a space that feels secure and supportive. Using evidence-based tools like EMDR for trauma processing and DBT for emotional regulation, we’ll move beyond just "talking about it" and toward real, felt change. Whether we’re navigating family dynamics or processing deep-seated trauma, I’m in your corner with the clinical expertise and genuine empathy you deserve.

What you can expect from me

Making the decision to start therapy is a journey in itself. I admire your courage in taking the first step. At our first session, I'll spend time getting to know you. I'll offer an opportunity for you to ask questions and get to know me as your Therapist. We'll identify your desired outcome to set the tone and guide our time together in treatment.
