Hi! I’m Denisse Manzano, a bilingual psychotherapist from Mexico City with a transpersonal and depth-oriented approach to therapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, self-worth, and recurring patterns that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
In addition to private practice, I work as an intake clinician in a psychiatric hospital and facilitate groups for immigrant Spanish-speaking women through nonprofit work.
A lot of my work focuses on helping clients identify unconscious patterns, cycles of repetition, past experiences, and relational dynamics that may be shaping the way they move through life. My goal is to help clients develop a deeper awareness of themselves so they can move through life with more clarity, authenticity, and choice rather than feeling driven by patterns they don’t fully understand.
I integrate CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and transpersonal/Jungian perspectives depending on each client’s needs.
The first session is a space for us to explore what brings you to therapy, the patterns you’ve been noticing, and what you hope to get out of the process.
My goal is to create an environment that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded while helping clients begin developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.
