Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve mental wellness and overcome life challenges. My approach to therapy is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental, with a focus on evidence-based practices. My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, trauma, depression, and coping with stress, among other difficulties. I am Mexican-American queer psychologist dedicated to providing inclusive care and support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I employ an integrative approach, tailoring my methods to meet the individual needs of my clients. Through evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I help my clients navigate their unique journeys with compassion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in the power of building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing. I like to work with clients to empower them and provide them with the tools necessary to meet their well-being goals and improve their quality of life.
