Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here.

Seeking support takes courage, and I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. With over 13 years of experience serving individuals with mental health needs, I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges while building resilience and confidence.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and my Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and everyday stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, experiencing emotional challenges, or simply looking for a space to process life's ups and downs, You can expect an environment where you are supported. My goal is to help you gain insight, foster healing, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward wellness.
