Great to meet you!

My path to mental health care has been shaped by a genuine desire to help people feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, I want to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and find a path forward that feels right for you. Together, we will build a personalized approach that honors your experiences, supports your goals, and makes room for growth, healing, and a greater sense of balance.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and challenges into therapy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches to help you better understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, build practical coping skills, strengthen confidence, and identify meaningful steps toward change. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating space for self-discovery, empowerment, and healing while keeping your individual needs and goals at the center of our work.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel that therapy is a space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing and know that your concerns will be met with compassion and respect. Our work will begin with understanding what brings you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope to change or better understand. We will explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting your well-being while identifying the strengths you already carry with you. Together, we will develop practical strategies, work through challenges, and celebrate progress along the way. My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself, better equipped to navigate life's difficulties, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
