Great to meet you!

I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, work stress, anger management, and life transitions. With nearly 30 years of experience and training in CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused approaches, I help you develop practical strategies that create real change. I take care of FMLA, disability forms, and insurance verification so you can focus on getting better. I offer flexible telehealth appointments with easy online booking. My goal is to help you build skills and insights for lasting improvement in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I listen carefully to understand what brings you to therapy and what you want to change. During our sessions, I combine different therapeutic approaches based on what works best for you. We'll identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and practice new ways of responding to challenges. My team handles FMLA forms and insurance issues while we work on your progress together. I provide practical tools you can use immediately between sessions. Our work is guided by your current symptoms, past experiences, and personal goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss your current challenges and what you hope to achieve through therapy. You'll leave with initial strategies to try and a clear sense of how we'll work together. I create a supportive space where you can explore difficult topics at your own pace. My team will handle any insurance issues that come up. Most importantly, you'll know you have support throughout your treatment.
