Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Hypnosis Practitioner (CHP), and U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change. I believe that lasting transformation occurs when people learn to understand how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences work together—and develop the skills to intentionally reshape them.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have extensive experience treating adolescents, adults, couples, and individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. My clinical background includes residential substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group psychotherapy, providing me with experience treating both acute and long-term behavioral health concerns.

My approach to therapy

Every client is unique, which is why I tailor treatment to your individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Clinical Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness, grounding techniques, and other trauma-informed interventions to promote meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you can gain insight, build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical strategies for lasting success.

My mission is simple: to help you understand yourself, build resilience, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you—not judging you.

We'll spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, goals, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what's important to you, and determine whether we're a good fit.

Together, we'll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to your challenges and develop an initial treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized, focusing on helping you gain insight while providing tools you can begin using immediately.

Most importantly, you can expect a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you are treated with respect, compassion, and authenticity. Therapy is a partnership, and we'll move at a pace that feels appropriate for you while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
