Dennis Grau

Hello. My name is Dennis Grau, and I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in Behavioral Mental Health.

I graduated with a master’s degree in counseling from New Jersey City University and attained postgraduate studies at KEAN University in Behavioral Mental Health.

I use a variety of eclectic approaches, beginning with assessments, which dictate the approach that can be implemented, including psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and Anger Management.

Scholars will learn to alleviate symptoms and return to previous levels of effective functioning, develop healthy thinking patterns and beliefs about self and others, develop healthy interpersonal relationships, develop anger management skills, and reduce levels of irritability that accompany it; individuals will learn to create a daily routine schedule, among many other structuring methods, to organize and make their lives functional.
