A bit about my approach to therapy

A client's presenting problem determines the approach that is used in working with them. However, I have found that using an integrative approach often yields the best results as the same client can present with multiple problems and thus a multi-pronged method works better. Approaches that I use include CBT, PE, CPT, MI and others depending on where the client is.

What you can expect from our first session

Dennis is here to listen, collaborate, and begin treatment with you at a pace that aligns with where you are in your journey. Dennis offer's a therapy environment that is respectful of who you are, and employs the four key elements of Motivational Interviewing: Partnership, Acceptance, Compassion and Evocation to support your treatment goals.
