Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have 21 years of experience working with and helping those with mental health issues. I have a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Rehabilitation.

My approach to therapy

I believe that developing a trusting relationship with a therapist is the most important aspect of achieving mental wellness. I'm passionate about helping you achieve your goals and the life you want to live. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and a Person Centered Approach.

What you can expect from me

As a result of traumatic experiences and other factors from my childhood, I battled with addiction and my own mental health issues for many years. I have been abstinent from all drugs and alcohol since 2010. My journey from desperation, hopelessness and just feeling stuck to mental wellness has required a lot of honesty and hard work on my part.
