Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 7 years of diverse, in-field experience across law enforcement settings, schools, community mental health, Los Angeles County DCFS, and telehealth. I earned my MSW from the University of Southern California and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. My clinical interests include working with personality disorders, as well as supporting clients with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I also have experience in supervision, which has strengthened my ability to approach cases with thoughtfulness and structure. My therapeutic style is client-centered, collaborative, and practical—I primarily draw from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused interventions to help clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Outside of my work, I enjoy coding, making music, spending time with animals, and exploring new experiences, which helps me stay curious and grounded in both my personal and professional life.

My approach to therapy

In session together, we will attempt to identify relevant issues, understand significant impacts, and cultivate realistic ways to foster success. My style is both strength-based and client-oriented. I'd like to think of myself not as the person who holds all the answers, but as my clients' teammate in a journey together to understand problems and experiment with solutions. From goal setting to implementing changes and measuring progress, I enjoy a healthy balance between proactivity from my clients and facilitation from my professional experiences. I try to encourage an open and safe space for my clients to share their thoughts and reactions throughout the treatment, so we can modify and tailor the experience to the client's comfort for the best possible outcome. In the past, I've worked in settings such as schools, law enforcement, social services, community mental health, and private telehealth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space in our first session where we focus on getting to know you—your story, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping to change or better understand. I’ll ask some guiding questions to help clarify your goals, whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving relationships, navigating life transitions, or simply feeling more like yourself again. We’ll also begin identifying patterns or challenges that may be keeping you stuck, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction, some initial insights, and a collaborative plan for how we’ll work together moving forward.
