Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

My experience includes years with a local non-profit organization facilitating trauma-informed and multiculturally sensitive counseling. My interest areas include anxiety, depression, and trauma within a target population of adults 18+.

A bit about my approach to therapy

No two people are alike; thus, the treatment approach must be unique and adaptive. My signature approach in therapy is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy yet relies on the collaboration of a more integrative approach with other evidence-based theories. I believe that clients can feel fulfilled, connected, and at peace with themselves and the relationships in their lives when equipped with appropriate skills.

*Note* A free 15-minute consultation is available upon request.*

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of the treatment process in the first session. Takeaways from the subsequent sessions: clients can expect transparency, active listening, and support to grow throughout the process.
