Great to meet you!

Are your worries, past experiences, and everyday life stressors holding you back? Let's move through it. Are you having difficulty navigating through a recent life transition such as entering college, having a child or beginning retirement? I’m here to help. I empower high-functioning adults to overcome the burdens of anxiety, depression, and past/present experiences. We will work to find ways to get you back on track towards a balanced life. You deserve a space to open up, heal, and grow.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of evidence-based treatment methods and tools to help my clients. I have a trauma and culturally-informed lens with Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Narrative therapy roots. I use EMDR for anxiety and trauma related to past experiences.

What you can expect from me

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to flounder through it. I will meet you right where you are, and provide a supportive ear to process and build the skills you need to thrive. If you've been thinking about getting support, now is the time. I am accepting new clients virtually, wherever you are most comfortable
