Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

Life can be a lot sometimes, and you don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to meet you where you are. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and empowering. I believe in creating a space where you can show up as your authentic self, have honest conversations, celebrate your wins, and work through the tough moments at your own pace. I combine compassion, practical coping strategies, and a strengths-based approach to help you build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and create meaningful changes in your life. I don't believe therapy is about fixing who you are. It's about discovering your strengths, understanding yourself on a deeper level, and becoming the version of yourself you feel most connected to. I work with adults and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting women who feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, are adjusting to new roles, or want to reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re working through a difficult season, learning to set boundaries, or building confidence, we can work together to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered.

You don't have to navigate life's highs and lows alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. With CBT, we explore how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors. We identify unhelpful patterns, practice more balanced thinking, and develop coping skills you can use in everyday situations. With solution-focused therapy, we explore what is already helping, identify your preferred future, and set small, achievable goals. Mindfulness exercises, including grounding and breathing practices, help you build awareness of your emotions and respond more intentionally to stress. I explain the techniques we use during sessions and connect them to your goals. We build on these skills across appointments, review your experiences using them between sessions, and adjust our work together based on your progress and feedback. Throughout this process, you can expect encouragement, honest reflection, and a supportive space to be yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming conversation where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll start by reviewing confidentiality and what to expect from therapy, then explore what brought you in, your background, current concerns, and strengths. Together, we’ll identify your initial goals and establish a format for future sessions. Typically, we’ll begin with a brief check-in, focus on your priorities, practice relevant coping strategies, and wrap up by reviewing takeaways and steps to try between appointments. We’ll also discuss how often we’ll meet and how we’ll review your progress. There will be time for questions and feedback throughout. You don’t need to have everything figured out or share everything right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about our plan moving forward.
