Great to meet you!

I am a License Clinical Social Worker and I believe seeking mental health help is one of the hardest thing you will have to do, but can have long benefits if you are willing to put in the work with assistance and guidance. For the past 4 years I have been helping kids, adolescents, young adults and adults with anxiety, depression, and stress in group and individual therapy.

My goal is to is help my clients overcome their struggles and find their inner strength they may have lost.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I strongly believe in helping to create a safe, secure, warm, empathetic, and care-free therapeutic environment that allows my clients to feel seen, heard, and validated.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is where we will get to know each other. During this session I like for my clients to share their story and what they want to work on going forward. If you do not know that is okay this is a collaborative process. You are not alone.

My goal is to provide you with a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
