Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with substance use, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, panic disorders, life transitions, navigating relationships and work, and co-occurring mental health concerns. We can work on root causes of mental health goals, stress management, coping skills to make your life feel more manageable. I am a LGBTQ+ ally.

I’ve spent my career providing individual and group therapy in outpatient settings, helping people navigate recovery, life stress, and feeling stuck.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) with a Master’s degree in counseling.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand patterns, build motivation, and make practical, lasting changes. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear picture of what’s bringing you in and what you want to change. I’ll ask some straightforward questions to understand your history, current stressors, and what’s been working or not working for you.

I keep the environment relaxed and nonjudgmental, but also focused. You can expect a conversation that’s honest, practical, and centered on helping you move forward. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling understood, a little more clear, and confident that we have a plan to work on together
