Great to meet you!

Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I create a supportive, welcoming space where clients feel heard while using evidence-based approaches to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relationship concerns. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and support lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, combining evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and person-centered therapy to help you navigate life's challenges. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create realistic goals that support lasting growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. I'll ask questions to better understand your concerns, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy, and you'll have the chance to ask questions as well. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the next steps in your journey.
