Great to meet you!

Hi I am Deprise! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals navigating emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their experiences, process difficult emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and build healthier patterns in both their personal and interpersonal lives. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering, allowing clients to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

With experience working with a wide range of emotional and relational issues, I help clients develop practical coping skills, improve communication, and foster more meaningful and fulfilling connections in their lives and relationships. I am passionate about supporting clients through anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, conflict, and the complexities that can arise within relationships, family dynamics, and major life changes. My goal is to help clients feel more confident in managing challenges while building emotional balance, healthier boundaries, and stronger relationships with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is a collaborative process that should focus on your strengths, personal experiences, and individual goals, and I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and desired outcomes. My work emphasizes emotional resilience, personal growth, self-understanding, and helping clients feel more empowered, confident, and connected in their everyday lives and relationships. Together, we will work toward creating meaningful and sustainable changes that support your overall well-being and long-term growth.
