I’m an Adult, Child, and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. I bring several years of clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, and families across school, community, and home settings. I’ve worked extensively as a school-based therapist, supporting students within educational environments while collaborating closely with families and school staff. My background in case management and crisis intervention allows me to offer a grounded, compassionate, and practical approach when addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, stress, family conflict, and life transitions.
