Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm glad you're here. Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. For over 18 years, I've helped individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, OCD, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and more. I earned my Master's in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and work with clients from all backgrounds while honoring their unique values and goals.
I've had the privilege of working with military personnel, first responders, professional athletes, Secret Service members, foster families, and individuals facing addiction and anger management challenges. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time outdoors, practicing martial arts, and playing sports, which have taught me the value of resilience, discipline, and perseverance.
