Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Colorado and Texas, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington, with years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. I'm based in Fort Collins, CO and work with clients virtually — so you can connect with me from wherever you feel most at ease. I accept several major insurance plans and am currently welcoming new clients.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it's a genuine collaboration. My role is to create a space where you feel heard without judgment — and then we work together to understand what's getting in the way and build a path forward that actually fits your life. I bring patience and consistency to every session, and I meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, what you're hoping to work through, and what your day-to-day life looks like right now. There's no pressure to share everything at once — we move at the pace that feels right for you. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
