I've worked for over 10 years in the field as a practicing clinician. My background and experience has been mainly working with complex trauma from early childhood into adulthood, but includes all manner of severe and persistent mental illness.

I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as my skills base and approach therapy within an existential framework, which entails seeking purpose and meaning within life.
