I have a longstanding passion for supporting others. My journey began in Colorado Springs, from where I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After serving, I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Nevada State College, followed by a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.

With nearly a decade in various behavioral health settings, including hospitals and community mental health centers, I now focus on private practice. Here, I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and depression, using proven methods like EMDR, SFBT, MI, and CBT.

Clients in my sessions can expect a compassionate and supportive space. I use EMDR, SFBT, MI, and CBT to tackle challenges such as panic disorders, OCD, PTSD, and anxiety.
