Many times, childhood family systems can affect our current views and relationships. My focus is on helping clients gain insight into the origins of their troubles in a non-judgmental and safe environment. I use a collaborative approach with psycho-educational material to create a pathway to achieving your interpersonal goals.

I use an integrative approach to therapy with a basis in cognitive behavioral therapy. I will teach you helpful tools and interventions you can use to remove fear to become your true self and enrich your life and relationships.
