Great to meet you!

I’m a neurodivergent, affirming, and collaborative counselor who brings both professional training and lived experience into my work. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and individuals who often feel overwhelmed, burned out, or misunderstood in traditional settings. My style is relational and partnership-focused, and I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to how you think and process. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and practical. I focus on understanding patterns, reducing overwhelm, and building skills that support your daily life. Therapy is flexible and adapted to your needs rather than following a rigid model. I work with you to make sense of what’s happening and identify changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is calm, conversational, and focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what’s felt helpful or unhelpful in the past. There’s no pressure to share everything at once or have clear goals immediately. Most clients leave feeling heard, comfortable, and clearer about next steps.
