Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed clinical social worker & psychotherapist, with years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, across education, faith-based settings, mental health clinics, and community organizations. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary, and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, with advanced clinical training from Ackerman Institute for the Family.
My experience also extends to providing spiritual care, which informs my ability to thoughtfully integrate faith and spiritual practices into therapy when desired. Guided by each client’s preferences and comfort, we may explore the resilience, strengths, and grounding that spirituality can offer in support of holistic healing of mind, body, and spirit.
