Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Music Therapist (MTBC). I received my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Therapies from Lesley University.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate therapeutic approaches like: Person-Centered, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Music Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I have worked with teens and adults who experience anxiety, depression, substance-use, gender dysphoria, trauma, and grief. I believe that the therapy space should be co-collaborative and everyone has the right to go at their own pace. You are in control, your mental health is important and you matter.
