Great to meet you!

I work with clients from all walks of life—whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Marine Veteran, and experienced wilderness therapy guide, I bring a grounded, unique perspective to the work we’ll do together. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, as well as group, family, and individual therapy retreats. Whether you're looking for deeper self-awareness, stronger connections, or practical tools for change, we’ll work at your pace, with no pressure and low commitment—just support when you’re ready for it.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines traditional evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation with the dynamic, experiential nature of adventure and wilderness therapy. This blend allows us to not only talk through patterns, but also experience meaningful change in real-time. I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs, whether you're seeking insight, healing, or actionable steps forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater self-awareness, new tools for managing challenges, and a renewed sense of possibility. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and focused on growth—emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally. Whether you're working through a tough time or looking to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, our work together will focus on building insight and creating real momentum toward change.
