Great to meet you!

With over 6 years of experience in one-on-one counseling, I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, find work-life balance, and navigate life transitions, such as entering the workforce after college. I work with clients who experience symptoms like constant worry, trouble sleeping, and difficulty focusing, offering tools to cope and build confidence.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My background also includes over a decade of ministry experience, working with youth and parents within a spiritual context. Growing up as the oldest of four boys, I developed strong skills in communication, balance, and understanding the dynamics of change—insights that inform my approach to counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

My sweet spot is working with young adults who see the need to address their foundation. Early on we pick up patterns and personalities from our origin story that may or may not serve us as adults. Taking the time to sort these out and build a strong sense of self will give us the confidence and direction we need to move smoothly in life.

If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a life transition, I'm here to support you through the process. Let's talk and see how we can work together to create the change you're looking for!
