Welcome! I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with 4 years of experience. I have experience working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, ADHD, family and romantic relationship struggles, life transitions, and chronic health conditions.
Starting therapy can be nerve wracking but in my sessions, I like to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable discussing anything and maybe even look forward to your next session. I utilize a wide range of approaches, tailoring my approach to your individual needs. I like to think that the real work from therapy comes outside of the sessions where we can work together to help you develop the skills and apply them in your day to day life.
My goal is to help each client become their best self by working to gain understanding into the roots of their problems, process their thoughts and feelings, and learn a healthier way of coping and thinking.
