Are you struggling with a particular issue or just can't shake the feeling that there should be more to life? Has your child experienced trauma or having difficulties balancing adolescent challenges? I can HELP! I have worked with both children and adults to decrease symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, abuse (sexual and physical), attention deficit, oppositional defiant disorder, and grief and loss.
