Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Desirae Easterling, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process emotions and feel truly heard. I’ve worked with people of all ages across diverse environments and communities, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and more. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with connection.

My approach to therapy

I believe change begins when we collaboratively work to create space for insight, resiliency, and meaningful change. I’m trained in EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and I use these approaches to support processing, emotional regulation, and deeper connection. I work from a trauma-informed lens, prioritizing safety, collaboration, and empowerment. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan that honors your values and helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I invite curiosity about your experiences—to establish a non-judgemental approach to gain understanding in how they have shaped who you are today. My goal is to empower and highlight your inner strengths, leaving you with tools to enhance your well-being.
