Great to meet you!

I realized that we all have something that we want to work on within ourselves. I want to thank you for choosing me to help you on your journey to doing just that. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to providing quality psychotherapy for those looking to reinvest in themselves. My clinical areas of specialty include individual/family counseling, addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating personality and mood disorders, AD/HD, and co-occurring disorders. I also have extensive experience in career counseling, individual/couples counseling, and working with the LGBTQIA community. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I apply the cognitive-behavioral approach and solution-focused brief therapy; however, I am experienced in several other therapeutic modalities.

What you can expect from me

I hope to help you on this journey of self-discovery and healing.
