Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I have built my career and experience on working to support children, teens, and families. I have shifted gears to working primarily with adults in a one to one setting to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and traumas.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm and welcoming space, free of judgements and bias. I am here to meet you right where you are because some seasons of life can be more challenging that others. I firmly believe that having a safe space to explore your thoughts openly can bring so much healing and growth. Sometimes I will work with you aligning to find solutions together. Other times, you can count on me to challenge you (in a kind way) to shift toward the desired outcomes you want to achieve.

What you can expect from me

My focus is to support your desired outcomes. I am here with you whether it be to improve managing heavy emotions from feeling depressed, anxious, worrying about past traumas or just not feeling like yourself lately. Sometimes the triggers can be identified as entering a new stage of life:

  • Starting college
  • Growing family dynamic shifts
  • Life after divorce
  • Empty nesting
  • Caregiver to aging parents, etc.

Together we can work through the feelings of anxiousness, depression or discomfort that come with such challenges. I 'm here to help you.
