Great to meet you!

I have over 35 years of proven clinical skills as a licensed practitioner and therapist. Having worked with diverse populations, I understand the complexities of urban life and the unique situations many clients may be encountering during this time. I will offer you clinical support, encouragement and a safe space to express yourself with no judgement, pressure, or expectation of expediency.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is for WOMEN ONLY. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Supportive, Insight, and Motivational therapy are my clinical signatures. Please have the desire for mental and emotional healing as well as the ability to seek hard truths about one's life, past and present. Together we will work on strengthening and shaping your goals toward good outcomes for the future.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients are embraced and accepted for who they are. I am 100% in their corner at all times; inquisitive, attentive and deeply invested in their well-being. My only expectation is that one arrives to therapy with a true intent for self-actualization, reflection, and healing.
