Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner educated at Vanderbilt University, with clinical experience across some of the leading hospital systems in the South. My background includes working in high-acuity psychiatric settings. I have a strong clinical interest in both adult and adolescent psychiatry, with a focus on mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. My approach is thoughtful, and tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on both clinical excellence and genuine connection. I strive to provide a space where clients feel understood, supported, and confident in the care they are receiving.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, direct, and individualized to each client’s needs. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive and insight-oriented care, focusing on both symptom relief and long-term stability. I believe in being transparent and educating clients so they feel empowered in their treatment decisions. I also take into account lifestyle factors, stressors, and patterns that may be impacting mental health. Above all, I prioritize building a therapeutic relationship that is honest, respectful, and goal-oriented.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will take the time to explore what makes you....you! This includes your experiences, strengths, and personal goals. I want to understand your story and what matters most to you so we can create a treatment plan that fits your life. Together, we will begin identifying strategies for symptom relief, growth, and long-term stability. I aim to make the session feel safe, personal, and collaborative so you leave with clarity and a sense of direction within your care.
