Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Desiree! A second-gen, Latinx woman, mother, activist, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and hopefully, your new therapist!

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration, with a deep commitment to supporting women’s experiences, including infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.

My approach to therapy

I believe our experiences and identities influence how we view ourselves and move through the world. I strive to meet you where you are, taking into account your upbringing, relationships, self-view, and goals so we can work together to build self-awareness, identify patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change that moves you toward improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll discuss logistics, what’s bringing you to therapy, and identify your goals for our work together.

I’m honored to meet you at the beginning of your therapeutic journey. Please reach out or book a free 15-minute consultation to get started!
