Great to meet you!

I am a New York State licensed and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has 10 years of experience in healthcare, of which 6 years are in psychiatric mental health nursing. I have worked with clients across the lifespan diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline disorder, ADHD as well as anxiety, and depression. I obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from York College and advanced with my Master of Science in Nursing from Molloy University.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is to focus on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns that contribute to distressing emotions or behaviors. You'll learn to recognize distorted thinking and develop more balanced and adaptive ways of thinking.

What you can expect from me
