Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in trauma and relational modalities. We may be a good fit if you: • Value insight and depth. • Are curious about yourself and want to understand the "why". • Intuitively know that lasting change requires real work—and are ready for it. Reach out to me for a free 15 min. consultation today.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process built on safety, trust, and real understanding. Early on, many clients leave sessions thinking, “She really gets me.” That sense of being deeply understood can create a glimmer of hope—maybe change really is possible.

As we continue working together, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of what’s driving your symptoms and learn concrete skills you can start using right away to feel more grounded and in control. Over time, as symptoms improve and trust deepens, our work often shifts into a deeper phase of exploration.

This is where meaningful change happens.

Together, we look at longstanding patterns—how your past experiences, relationships, and internal defenses shape how you think, feel, and relate to others today. With insight comes clarity, and with clarity comes the ability to make choices that align with your deepest values. Healing is not just about feeling “less bad,” but about building a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a collaborative process built on safety, trust, and real understanding. In our first session, we complete a thorough review of important life events, review symptoms, and discuss the most pressing issues. Together, we create a treatment plan that maps out goals and identifies a path forward. Once symptoms improve, therapy can either end there or transition into depth work.
