I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and a counselor educator with a strong passion for trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. My clinical work is rooted in compassion, humility, authenticity, and genuine human connection. My clinical experience includes working with trauma, emotional regulation, identity development, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and authentic space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. I believe healing and growth happen through connection, self-awareness, and collaboration, and I strive to walk alongside clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect throughout their journey.

I value multiculturalism and believe therapy should honor the uniqueness of every individual and their lived experiences.
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, personal strengths, and the goals you hope to work toward. I also want to understand the different parts of your story, including relationships, identity, culture, life experiences, and any challenges that may be impacting your emotional well-being.
