Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I have always maintained an interest in emotions and their impact on behavior. I am a compassionate listener and aim to be a supportive guide. I pursued a degree in forensic psychology with a minor in addiction studies followed by a master's degree in mental health counseling. I have worked in outpatient clinics, methadone clinics and private practice.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, infertility and adjustment disorder/life transitions. Sessions are unstructured and are focused on supporting you to accomplish your goals. The therapy space is empathetic and nonjudgmental to safely explore thoughts, emotions, behavior and relationships.

What you can expect from me

My experiences have given me a variety of resources and techniques to utilize throughout sessions which are always catered to your specific needs and goals.
