Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor who discovered my calling through working with traumatic brain injury patients, where I witnessed firsthand how mental health impacts healing and recovery. That experience showed me there was a real need for compassionate, comprehensive care, and I wanted to be part of meeting that need. I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work that gives me a unique perspective on the mind-body connection, and the courage it takes to seek support. My approach is holistic, empowering, and inquisitive. I'm here to help you accomplish things you haven't been able to before and to give you hope that real change is possible.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and tailoring our sessions to what you need most. Sometimes that means letting you take the lead and simply creating space for you to be heard; other times, it means providing more structure and guidance. I'm flexible because I know that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether we're exploring your life story, validating your feelings, or working through specific challenges, my priority is making sure you feel truly heard and supported. I work with a wide range of experiences; from depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder to trauma, PTSD, grief, chronic conditions, and identity exploration. Whatever you're facing, I approach it with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to your whole self.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want you to feel comfortable and in control. We'll often start with your story, your background, what brought you here, and what you're hoping to accomplish. I'll listen, validate your experiences, and help you feel heard from the very beginning. Some clients prefer a more structured assessment; others want a more organic, conversational flow. I'm open to either, and we'll figure out together what feels right for you. My goal is simple: to create a supportive environment where you leave feeling hopeful and knowing that you have a partner in this journey toward growth and healing.
