Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I am a Jacksonville native and a graduate of University of Central Florida where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After spending a year in the field, I continued my education at Nova Southeastern University, earning a Master’s of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I began my counseling career in 2015. I have experience in providing inpatient, intensive outpatient, residential and private outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

I began my counseling journey after realizing that many people are struggling to find their way through the difficulties of life.
