As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas, I bring a wealth of experience from the mental health field, where I’ve been active since 2018, and specifically in counseling services since 2021.

I offer compassionate support for individuals facing life’s challenges, including self-esteem issues, anxiety, coping skills and relationship concerns. I understand that personal growth is essential not only for overcoming individual struggles but also for building healthier relationships.

My approach is centered on helping individuals find their inner strength and emotional balance, whether they’re working through personal issues or preparing for, or improving, relationships through marital and premarital counseling. I believe that when individuals focus on healing and growing, their relationships naturally benefit.

Each counseling session is 55-60 minutes in length. Sessions are scheduled to accommodate your schedule and my availability. The goal of the first session is to build a therapeutic relationship, to understand the relationships unique needs and discuss the your personal goals you hope to achieve during our time together. Clients are able to terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time.
