Great to meet you!

As a highly sensitive person, you may experience the world deeply—emotionally, mentally, and physically. While this depth can be a strength, it can also contribute to anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from your true purpose. You may find yourself questioning your direction, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling out of alignment with who you truly are.

I am proficient in working with highly sensitive individuals navigating anxiety and depression while exploring questions of identity, meaning, and purpose. Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process focused on helping you better understand your sensitivity, regulate emotional responses, and reconnect with your inner values and strengths.

Together, we work to identify patterns that contribute to distress, develop practical tools for emotional regulation, and create space for self-exploration and growth. I integrate psychotherapy with reflective, mindfulness-based, and insight-oriented approaches to support clarity, self-trust, and intentional living.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where your sensitivity is honored and you can move toward greater balance, self-understanding, and a sense of purpose that feels authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practice, etc.—I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, calm the nervous system, and develop sustainable coping strategies.

If you’re feeling stuck, overextended, or disconnected from your true self, therapy can help you slow down, reconnect with your needs, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
